Commercial License

Under this agreement, Party A (spurtCMS) offers a Commercial License to

Party B (), thereby granting the following exclusive rights and benefits:

1. Removal of Attribution

Party B is authorized to completely remove all visible traces of spurtCMS attribution, including the attribution hyperlink in the footer and other rendered content, ensuring full ownership of branding.

2. White Labelling and Rebranding

Party B has the exclusive right to:

Replace the spurtCMS logo with their own logo across all interfaces, including the admin panel and front-end content.

Replace copyright statements or notices associated with spurtCMS with their own brand’s copyright information.

Modify and rebrand the user interface, admin dashboard, and other visual components to align with their organization’s branding and design standards.

This enables Party B to present the CMS as their proprietary platform, with no visible traces of spurtCMS branding.

3. Source Code Customization and Ownership

Party B is granted unrestricted rights to modify, extend, or integrate the source code for their business or client-specific requirements.

All modifications and additions made by Party B will remain exclusive to them and will not be claimed by Party A.

4. Premium Technical Support

Party A will provide Party B with prioritized support, including:

Assistance for installation and deployment.

Troubleshooting technical issues.

Guidance on customization and API integrations.

5. Extended Usage Rights

The commercial license allows Party B to use the CMS for multiple projects or clients without any additional licensing fees, provided these projects are in compliance with the terms of the agreement.

6. Exclusive Documentation and Tools

Party B will receive access to premium deployment guides, advanced API documentation, and best practices for scaling and managing their white-labelled solution.

7. Service Fees for Subsequent Deployments

Party A will assist with installation, setup, and deployment for Party B’s team as part of the initial license.

For additional deployments across multiple web domains or servers, service fees will apply, as determined by Party A.

8. Lifetime Free Upgrades

Party A commits to providing lifetime free upgrades to the software, but there is no obligation to adhere to a specific release frequency or schedule.

9. Confidentiality and Reference Use

Party A agrees not to share Party B's reference with any third party.

However, with prior consent from Party B, Party A may display Party B’s reference on official spurtCMS pages.
